One Stop Patio Shop

We had one stop patios do a 12m x 6m pergola for us a few years ago and we just had them return to do a 8m x 5m carport. Both times we had the same guys, Brad doing the sales/drawings and Mark installing. Brad is very thorough and quotes very reasonable so we didn't bother getting other quotes the second time and Mark is a great installer and very careful to get the job spot on. Highly recommend these guys.

We absolutely love our new patio, it has really transformed our outdoor area !!!We have just recently had our Gabel patio installed. The whole process was so quick and easy, everything was handled by the company. The customer service was fantastic, we were kept up to date with the whole process.The patio installers were very professional, and lovely. Wow, very very expensiveI had a quote for a patio 6m in length, and 3.9m wide and it came to $42,850.My jaw literally hit the floor.That's just insane

I'm so pleased with my new patio, I love it! Onestop were great, from the first meeting for a quote, through to the installation. There were a couple of small delays in the install where communication could have been improved, but overall I am very happy with the professional service, the quality materials and the finished product. A big thank you to Matt for his great work on the install and his helpful tips.

Terrific overall experience. Following a very helpful quotation process Matt and Kurt were very professional, kept me well informed throughout the build, displayed great attention to detail, did an excellent clean up at completion and delivered a superb product to me.

I loved dealing with this company. The salesman had many years experience in the field, gave advice on colors for our patio that would compliment our house and listened to my ideas about drainage. The price was very competitive and my husband who is a fabricator by trade was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the welding and powder coating. The installers were polite, friendly and I didn't feel uncomfortable being at home around them. They also took great care with our garden/lawn while working around it and cleaned up after the job. I have been and will continue to recommend this company.

Still waiting (10 months +) for a warranty fix. It's been 7 months since last update from anyone at One Stop - they do not respond to emails or phone calls. At best the manager will call you back" but never does."
